Director's Assistant Return Policy

Director’s Assistant takes pride in the products we sell and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  We recognize that sometimes situations change and orders need to be canceled or changed.  Any order may be canceled or changed prior to shipment.  Once an order is shipped, changes and cancellations will not occur.  On PPE purchases, returns/exchanges are not accepted because of the nature of a PPE item.  Uniform items, unopened, may be exchanged, at the discretion of Director’s Assistant, for sizing.  We make every effort to ship items in a timely fashion.  This usually is within 3-5 weeks but with the nature of the fabric industry, we are at the mercy of our suppliers and it may take longer, we apologize.  Again, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
