Chris is the heart behind Director’s Assistant. A former band director turned entrepreneur, he spent over 15 years in the classroom, where he developed a deep understanding of the everyday challenges directors face. After transitioning from education, Chris founded Director’s Assistant to provide real, working solutions for the programs he once led.

Chris’s passion for quality, innovation, and service drives everything we do—from custom uniform design to customer support. He also serves as the creator behind the EZ Hem™ Tuxedo, a game-changing product that simplifies formalwear for student musicians nationwide.

When he’s not working behind the scenes, Chris continues to advocate for music education and support directors through mentorship and partnership.

Casey brings a unique combination of business acumen and artistic sensitivity to Director’s Assistant. With a background in arts administration and decades of experience in sales, logistics, and operations, Casey ensures that every customer experience is smooth, efficient, and personal.
